Buy a property

In the Dominican Republic, foreigners can buy property. Future owners have the option of purchasing the property in their name or their company domiciled in the Dominican Republic.

In general, the funds intended for the acquisition of the property will be deposited by the purchaser, by bank transfer or check into the notary's trust account. Funds are then sent to the seller once title is assigned to you.
